Terms of Service

Long To Short URL provides a link management platform that includes URL shortening, dynamic QR code generation with custom designs, UTM campaign tracking, traffic attribution, click and scan analytics, geo-location, device and browser insights, network analytics, and bot detection. Paid plans are provided on a subscription basis under the terms below.

By creating an account or using any part of the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. By using Long To Short URL, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• Individual users must be of legal age.
• Corporate users must have the authority to bind their organisation.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your password secure.

Report any unauthorised use of your account to us immediately at support@longtoshorturl.com.

Our platform must not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. Specifically, you agree not to use our URL shortening or QR code services to:

• Spam & Phishing

  Distribute unwanted bulk email or malicious redirection links.

• Malware

  Link to viruses, spyware, or other harmful code.

• Illegal Content

  Promote illegal substances, violence, or explicit material.

• Impersonation

  Create deceptive links that mimic established brands.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected when you subscribe. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Long To Short URL to charge your selected payment method on each billing date.

If a plan includes a free trial, its length is shown before you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription begins automatically.

Plan changes — upgrades, downgrades and switches between monthly and yearly billing — take effect immediately with prorated billing. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, either at the end of the current billing period (your access continues until then, with no further charges) or immediately. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Each plan has limits for short links and QR codes, also shown on the pricing page:

• Free: 1 short link and 1 QR code
• Starter: 10 short links and 10 QR codes
• Pro: 100 short links and 100 QR codes
• Enterprise: unlimited short links and unlimited QR codes

Limits refer to the number of items you can have at any given time. Deleting unused links or codes frees up capacity. If you reach your limit, existing items continue working and collecting analytics, but you cannot create new ones until you upgrade or free up space.

All plans include the same analytics reports. We reserve the right to impose fair-use restrictions in the event of excessive usage or abuse.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, and events outside our control may result in temporary downtime.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or inability to access the platform. We recommend maintaining backups of critical data independently.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. When a paid subscription ends, your account moves to the Free plan limits; your links and data are kept. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law. We will notify you when possible and provide an explanation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Long To Short URL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the platform.

Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and cancel your subscription.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
