Existing short links and QR codes keep working and collecting analytics. Your dashboard's sidebar shows how much of each limit you've used; to create more, delete ones you no longer need or move to a plan with higher limits.

Yes. An upgrade starts right away: you're charged the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period, with unused time on your old plan credited. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep your current plan until then (and can cancel the change from the billing page). On a plan with a lower limit, your existing links keep working, but you can't create new ones until you're under the new limit.
Paid plans don't include a trial at the moment. The Free plan has no time limit and includes every analytics report, so you can try everything before choosing a paid plan.
Yes. Yearly plans cost 35% less than paying monthly for twelve months — the same features at a lower annual price. If you cancel mid-year, you keep access until the end of the paid year.

Your plan stays active while Stripe retries the payment automatically over the following days, and we email you a link to pay or update your card. If the payment still can't be collected, your account moves to the Free plan — your links and data are kept.
Payments go through Stripe Checkout, which offers the payment methods available in your country, such as major credit and debit cards. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach our servers.
No. There are no setup fees or cancellation fees — you pay the price shown for your plan. The Free plan never asks for a credit card.
